  This was our first stop in Puglia, which unfortunately, proved well below our expectation

  Liked: Breakfast room was very good with a great selection of food. The staff both in the Breakfast room and reception were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Swimming pool was out of action the whole time we were there, which was so disappointing. This is one of the main reasons we selected this hotel as we envisaged a day walking around Otranto, followed by a bit of relaxing time around the pool before dinner. In addition, on arrival to our room, one of the towels had not been laundered properly and was sticky with remains of pubic hair! Absolutely disgusting.

  Excellent hotel with great amenities. Close to city and beaches!

  Liked: The room was great. Very clean and the bedding were fresh. The breakfast was very good. We had a bit of a view of the sea on the balcony and that was good. This hotel is very comfotably close to city and beach areas, The pool area is great!

  Disliked: We had a mini bar fridge but the lack of coffee and tea making facilities was a bit of a bummer. We like a coffee before bed and when we wake up.

  Disliked: The swimming pool that we were looking forward to was out of action and we had a leak in our bedroom which we reported and was given a towel
