  It s ok for a short stay

  Liked: -the tasteful design of the studio - ⁠the fact that they waited for our arrival with the AC on, that was a kind gesture - ⁠the complementary drinks in the fridge - ⁠the location - ⁠the terrace - ⁠the towel for the sunbed (we didnt use it but we thought is a well thought gesture) - ⁠the insect net at the terrace entrace - ⁠the overall cleanliness of the place - ⁠the coffee machine in the kitchen - ⁠the complementary coffee pods

  Disliked: For 132 EUR per night, the following are not acceptable: - despite staying 8 nights, they didnt offer to change the bed sheets, but only towels; they told me on whatsapp that cleaning is not included but there is nowhere written on Booking that for such a long stay no sheets change is provided - ⁠we had to ask for additional toilet paper - ⁠there was no hand soap so we bought one - ⁠the small shower gel bottles are not adequate for such a long stay; a normal size shower gel bottle would have been more practical and eco friendly - ⁠the fridge broke in the 2nd day; they brought another one but the issue made us throw a lot of food such as eggs, ham; they didnt provide any financial compensation but just a sorry; when I pay this much on a property, sorry is not enough - ⁠there was no studio cleaning despite the long stay (at least mopping the floor once during the 8 night stay)

  Quiet and peaceful in the heart of Otranto

  Liked: Provision of a carpark and location to restaurants and cafes. Was away from the centre enough to be quiet but close enough to be central to walk to sites and restaurants.

  Liked: Lovely, clean and stylish apartment with roof terrace. Good quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the old town and the sea. Parking was arranged for us without problems. Recommended!
