  Adequate but disappointing 😞

  Liked: Great location for the beaches & old town. Bed was comfortable. Good sized wardrobe. All other amenities in the one bed house were just adequate.

  Disliked: Terrace did exist but you couldn't sit out, was used for washing/drying clothes & recycling facilities. House was very old fashioned & could do with some upgrade. Bathroom, broken toilet seat, draws wouldn't open, adequate shower. Waste toilet paper couldn't be flushed at the request of the agency, however no facility provided to dispose of. Kitchen had no kettle or coffee machine, plenty of cutlery & plates etc. Living area nothing special, sofa, dining table & chairs, TV. Main concern extension cable was used to plug TV in & had to be dangled & placed on a chair. Main door to apartment rattled everytime anyone entered or left the main block. Was advertised as having a sea view - this was available if you stood in the street outside the block.

  You can find better stay in Otranto

  Liked: Location was nice

  Disliked: The way the property manager managed the complaint, she was logorrheic and didn’t give us the chance to talk and explain the problem. She wasn’t polite and willing to fix the problem. The balcony was constantly dirty and full of pigeon feces and feathers. We had a constant pigeon sound at night and during the day. We couldn’t open the windows because of PIGEONS.
