Exceptional
Liked: This hotel and staff were excellent why it is only rated 3 Star is crazy. I have stayed in 4 star hotels not as good as this
Disliked: Nothing this hotel is really impressive
A picturesque place
Liked: The staff were friendly. Great location with easy access to parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic.
Disliked: It would have been a perfect stay if the breakfast would include some savory dishes.
Rita and Federica ❤️
Liked: Excellent location next to UNESCO San Lorenzo
Disliked: Pool-staff - restaurant- room with balcony and stunning views of Padula
Enjoyable
Liked: Good food
Disliked: Noise from patrins in restaurant
We had such a great experience we would stay there again
Liked: Great ambiance and being directly in front of the Certosa of S. Lorenzo. The view of Padula. Close proximity surrounding towns, stores and restaurants. We used the nearby dedicated walking/running path on a daily basis. Immaculately kept ground. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Laura, Enzo and Giovanni went above and beyond to please their guests.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
A Gem of a hotel. Great food in the on-site restaurant and a fabulous location
Liked: Location was amazing. Beautiful views of the town above, and fantastic to be within touching distance of the Certosa Di San Lorenzo (monastery). Loved our comfortable room as it opened onto a small balcony overlooking the monastery. The on-site restaurant (Sala Taverna), was excellent. Great value for money and the Pizza I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. If I’m in this region again, I’d definitely be happy to return
Disliked: Although there was nothing to dislike about the breakfast, (coffee was fantastic), I would have welcomed a little more choice, (especially something hot and freshly cooked).
