  2 Star room experience, 5-star pool and restaurant experience. The island is amazing

  Liked: The pool was a 5-star experience. The pool staff/entertainers were outstanding and had activities almost all day and night. If you had kids, they were in heaven! The night entertainment was lots of fun. The restaurant was also a 5-star experience. The staff was attentive and helpful, the food choices were simply amazing, and both breakfast and dinner were a wonderful experience. We chose the half board, which gave us breakfast and dinner included, and would highly recommend this option.

  Disliked: The room was a 2-star experience. We paid for a sea view, but we ended up with a box for a balcony, and the bed was two small twins put together, so not even a queen-size, although there was room for a larger bed. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that you could not turn around in without hitting the cold water tap! The clothes drying rack was a piece of wire stretched inside the "box" balcony with five old clothespins on it. We had booked five nights and were supposed to get our sheets and towels replaced after three nights, but it turned into 4 nights even though we had requested the change. The front desk is understaffed and is the weakest link in the entire property.

  Disliked: Was served an old salad at the bar, extra charge to use pool and things like that. Old vibes.

  Good location, friendly staff, but loud daily pool animation & extra charges very disappointing

  Liked: Big rooms, friendly staff, clean, nice private beach

  Disliked: The loud daily animation at the pool made the pool completely unusable for those not interested in the animation. Also, beware, they charge you extra 5 euros per person per day for airport transfer and pool towels - even though we did not use them! Then they said it was for the use of the pool. Seriously? Very disappointing.
