Fabulous
Disappointing and not as expected staff very good

Disliked: Curtains hanging off the pole and rooms needing updating. Paper cups only provided for making hot drinks in rooms. Breakfasts ok but you have to pay extra for cooked items which should be included. Restaurant not open out of season in October

Great Hotel polite and helpful staff we had a Seaview room and it was very lovely

Disliked: The step out of the bath shower was a large hop over and potentially dangerous when wet-slippery

Can’t fault the location - a very special view - but need to work on servicing guests and offering a better experience?
Liked: Incredible view and location…however felt a bit like faulty towers at times? Asked for glasses in the room to pour champagne, took 3 requests and they eventually arrived with plastic cups. The Door handle of toilet fell off 4 times. Maintenance arrived to “fix” it the first time and he literally shoved it in the hole and hoped for the best. It kept falling off. We Asked for mugs/cups to make tea (there was kettle but no cups?) and that took several requests. Staff super friendly and Smiley, just slow to reacted restaurant had similar experiences where you’ll be asking 3 times for your drink. Just off with the fairies a little?
Disliked: Slow reaction when something went wrong or when you made a request (you needed to ask 3 times for everything). No beach towels available for guests. Be nice to have a gym or access to a gym close by.
