  Comfortable, convenient and efficient

  Liked: Margarherita, went out of her way to make the stay exceptional. There was a time when checking in the lights weren’t going on. She made the appropriate contact to get them working. She was easy to connect with on what’s app. Breakfast on the terrace was exceptional as well as our private terrrace. Location was nice. We arrived before checking in hours.. we received a code to get in and store our luggage. Very comfortable.

  Disliked: A few more hooks to hang towels.

  Disliked: The room I stayed in (Sirene) smelled faintly of deep fryer? Not sure if just that room has the smell as there is a restaurant below but all my clothes picked up an oil smell so I will have to find a laundry mat. Would have been really nice if breakfast was included or even coffee and a pastry. Wonderful friendly staff!

  Overall, loved it!

  Liked: It was very well located and gorgeous rooms. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely too.

  Disliked: There are some very steep stairs to get to reception and no available help. The check in time is strict between certain hours and nowhere to wait if you arrive early, but located well to sit in a bar and wait.

  Great first night in Puglia!

  Liked: Very comfortable bed! Nice shower. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop patio! Friendly staff! This was our first night after a long travel day and overnight flight from the US. The staff even let us check in early. We reserved a parking spot and they provided transportation to the hotel from the parking spot. The hotel was located right in the center of town. It was perfect for strolling around town and also being easily accessible for short naps.:)
