ling from Ancona to Brindisi
Liked: The apartment is in a wonderful location in the center of the old town. The modern apartment is basically a cave with a front door but no other windows., except for a small bathroom window. It is a unique type of accommodation. However,my wife found it claustrophobic and damp. When in the apartment during the day we kept the door open. The brekfast provided through a voucher was really excellent.
Disliked: We took 30 minutes to find the apartment. As we usually do we copied the address from Booking.com into Google maps. This took us to a completely wrong location. Our bike Garmin took us much closer. We eventually stumbled on it. The main problem we had is that the address in Booking.com was and still is incorrect. The host had sent us directions, which often happens, but we followed our usual practice of relying on Booiking.com address information.

Liked: Polignano a Mare is a place of beauty and cliffs, at this BnB you get that full experience. I am not certain, but I believe it must've made a great wine cellar before a BnB. A great place to escape the summer heat or just enjoy the unique experience of sleeping in a cave...kind of. The host is extremely kind and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hot water for the shower did not last very long.
