Exceptional
Very good
Relax and Beautiful
Liked: Everything was beautiful and clean.... The jakuzzi amazing...🥰
Disliked: I didn't find the wifi connection at all...I sent an email about the password but what they gave me was not working....🤷
Great first impression, but overall an average experience
Liked: The location was great, in a quiet residential area, 5 min walking to the main square. It was also spacious and cosy, we especially liked the relaxation room with the massage chairs. The equipment was new and stylish. All in all an awesome impression.
Disliked: Unfortunately the impression was ruined by a lack of support and communication from the owner. We have wrote several message regarding an an advise about parking, confusing check out times and we never received any answer, although the messages were "seen". Provided phone number didn't work as well. Luckily we didn't have any serious issue, otherwise I am not sure where we would get support. One of the main highlights of this apartment is the jacuzzi bath tub. Nevertheless it did not work, the hot water knob was broken, so you could only get a cold bath. Last but not least there are stylish design kitchen appliances, but once you opened the freezer there was mold on the doors, quite disgusting.
Good location
Liked: Great location, parking out the front on the street.
Disliked: The access key to the apartment, it only works by a access email key but in the afternoon from 4.00pm to 6.00pm everyday the internet all most stops working so this means you stuck outside the apartment trying to open the door and it took upto 20 minutes trying to get in. I called the number for help but the lady answered and said I do not speak English. So this was a nervous time with out any help trying to get in the door.
Very good
I’d definitely go again
Liked: I would say everything. A truly wonderful experience. Very clean. Great location. Great service.
