Exceptional
Polignano is an amazing city
Liked: The location was the best. Near Lama Monachile Beach. Charming surroundings. Lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The terrace was pretty good but we couldn’t enjoy it because it was raining, a little windy and could.
Disliked: One of the bedrooms was too small for a double bed and and 2 people. So, it was very uncomfortable. It also had no windows for the air to circulate. I had to turned on the air conditioning.
Beautiful stay and can’t wait until
Liked: We loved the location, kitchen and the terrace. The staff where you pick up the key first was very friendly and informative.
Disliked: It’s not that we didn’t like anything, but it would be nice to let future visitors know that they have to walk - with their luggage - first to pick up the key at one location and then continue on through to the property. We were in Europe for quite some time and had a lot to haul around. We would have packed differently if we knew. With that said, we would totally rebook because the location and view were worth the luggage haul. Ha!

Liked: The location was overlooking beach and water The rooftop was amazing. There are no words to describe the beauty of the view
Great location and terrace, could do with better upkeep
Liked: Great location and spectacular rooftop with views. Staff were easy to contact and communicated well. Bonus points for having a washing machine.
Disliked: This property has a lot of promise but missed the mark a bit for us. Property needs a thorough clean. Marks on the walls in bedroom and common areas and bathroom had some mould and marks on the tiles. While it’s a two bathroom property, there is only one shower and it is very small especially if you are tall. We queried why the property smelled like gas (like from a stove), and the property managers offered to inspect but we didn’t have time to take them up on that. For those who haven’t visited the area before, be aware that you will need to take your luggage across the old town which is cobblestones, 7 min walk from nearest car access point. Not a fault of the property, but for awareness.
