Exceptional
Liked: great location. Central to restaurants and only 10 minutes to the train station.
Disliked: Outside our window work men were putting up scaffolding from 7am every morning.
Perfect spot in Polignano
Liked: The location in the old city is perfect for exploring. Catrina, our host, was amazing. She arranged the parking, golf cart shuttle, and even hauled our heavy luggage up the steep stairs. Loved our little balcony overlooking the church.
Cozy, Charming Rooms Right Inside Polignano Old City
Liked: Great location right inside the historic old town gate and quite literally three minutes from the bridge with the famous view (and access to the town’s iconic beach). Quiet at night. Comfortable rooms. Fast WiFi. Really lovely communication with and help from Carina.
Disliked: Not an issue for us, but most (maybe all) rooms are up rather steep stairs. Something to note for guests with mobility issues.

Nice appartmenst at Palazzo Maringelli
Liked: Very nice apartments in the middle of the old city in Polignano a Mare. The rooms are spacious, and ours with a small balcony. In addition there is a rooftop terrace, nice for relaxing and sunbathing. They offered private parking (extra payment) and transportation to/from the apartment (not allowed to drive in the old city). Excellent location, with a lot of restaurants and the famous beach close by. The host Caterina was very helpful, communicating effectively on WhatsApp.
Disliked: No breakfast option, nut restaurants and bakeries within 5 minutes walk - we brought breakfast to the rooftop. Polignano a Mare is a charming, however a bit crowdy/noisy city.
Liked: Fantastic location in the old town. Lots of restaurants to choose from the door steps of the hotel.
