Liked: This is our second time in Polignano a Mare and we stumbled upon St Michele Suites. This hotel has been —by far— the best experience we’ve had in Polignano a Mare. The suite was beyond our finest expectations. From the moment you arrive their staff help you with your luggage (it is not always easy to transport through cobble stones) -Alessandro was polite and professional! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The welcome drinks are provided on the rooftop, which is a romantic and comfortable spot with amazing views! It’s also accessible any time of day. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and the view —better than any lookout point in Polignano. It was central to all Polignano has to offer. The staff (highlight to Valentina) were very professional, hospitable and accommodating. The communication with hotel staff was top notch. Any questions or recommendations you may need you message through WhatsApp, they respond quickly and honestly. We even had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owners that were true hosts and passionate about their property with the ultimate hospitality. If you are looking for a central location, extremely well maintained, true 5-star hotel then St. Michele Suites is exactly what you want.

Liked: This hotel has an excellent location, and really pays attention to all the details! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the staff is very warm, friendly and helpful and took care of so many extra details for us, transportation, reservations, etc. They made everything easy.
5-Star Stay in Polignano a Mare
Liked: Our stay at San Michele Suites in Polignano a Mare was nothing short of magical! We had the pleasure of staying in their only large suite with a private terrace, offering absolutely stunning views of the ocean that took our breath away every single morning. The included breakfast was incredible, with fresh, delicious options that set the perfect tone for each day. The rooftop appetizers and drinks were unexpected and a nice way to start the evening. But what truly made this place five stars was the staff. Serena, Elena, Alessandro, Joanna and Sara went far beyond typical customer service. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome and special throughout our entire stay. They remembered our names, helped us with our bags to and from the car, and even made reservations for us. Their personal touch turned a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return very soon!
