Liked: Great place, good breakfast Near history area
A perfect hotel and location to explore the central / northern part of Puglia
Liked: This was an excellent hotel that ticked all our boxes. The room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony to look across the countryside and see the sunsets. The breakfast was good with selection of cereals, breads, cheese and meats, with tea and coffee served to your liking. The staff were very positive and helpful led by a hard working manager, and the food in the evening was really excellent. No need to queue up for tables in the village when the food and service was so good in the hotel. A car is needed to get to the hotel, and to drive into the village due to the busy road.The location was strategically perfect to explore the central / northern part of Puglia, and a welcome return to a refreshing pool and bar.
Disliked: While Polignano a Mare is a beautiful village to visit in a lovely coastal location, it is very busy and it can be hard to find a table at a restaurant on spec. Booking is therefore recommended. The hotel was therefore a great option. I would not recommend walking in to the village due to that lack of pavements, but most will have access to a car and the hotel facilities were excellent.
Good location, but had to hire a car because of the main road unsuitable for walking. Enjoyed the stay even if we didn’t
Liked: The rooms were adequate & the bed was comfortable & the pool area was nice. The staff were helpful.
Disliked: This hotels location is good but you need to walk on a main, unlit road without pavement for the first 10 mins of the 20 min walk into town. The hotel has no soft furnishings so noise travels, slamming doors etc so don’t expect to lay in. The 10 songs on repeat at the pool area are very annoying after a while!
Liked: The location is perfect fo short stay, 1-2 nights and close to the motorway. The room was confortable, very clean, with all necessary amenities.
Disliked: A bit too close to the motorway.
Excellent accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff situated out of the town
Liked: I liked everything. The hotel is excellent, the personnel was friendly and polite, I liked the cleanliness, the garden restaurant. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. There is a car park in the yard of the hotel.
Disliked: The beds were too soft. The fact that the hotel is situated out of the town and there is no public transportation to the downtown. But this fact was known by us before booking, so this is not a real complaint.
Useful location. Staff not that happy to be there
Liked: Very good location coming straight off the motorway.
Disliked: No hot food at breakfast.
