Exceptional
Brilliant welcoming host in a beautiful part of Italy
Liked: Wonderful host, lots of space and good facilities. Private car parking and wonderful swimming pool and grounds.
Disliked: The noise from the road nearby was a bit annoying but at nighttime with windows and doors closed it was fine. The walk into the nearby town was a bit precarious being along a road but again it was fine.
False advertising
Liked: I actually didn’t stay here due to the fact that the listing was misleading and has false information that booking.com is aware of and won’t remove. The host completely refused to speak with us to resolve this and ignored booking.com as a workaround to keep our money This property is shared with the owners which if that’s what we were looking for would have been okay but it says entire place is yours and private pool - neither are the case.
Disliked: Dishonesty and the refusal of any customer service from booking.com and the unresponsive host
Amazing property and hosts
Liked: Irene and Danny were both lovely and always available to help with any questions. The property is very clean and the swimming pool is amazing!
Disliked: It is close to the main road which you can’t see but can sometimes hear
Fabulous stay and very spoiling hosts
Liked: Everything. The owner Irena gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us superbly at her home. The flat is above the owners (30 steps) and has everything you could wish for including olive oil, salt, pepper, washing-up liquid, cloths and a full range of pots, pans kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. Both the bedroom and living area gain access to the large rooftop terrace. The garden (its produce _ cucumber and bananas given to us) and pool area were fabulous and guests had full use until 1700 (needed for cleaning). We also had use of a washing machine on the veranda that was dedicated to the flat. Access to the property is by automatic gates and parking is easy. We were well spoilt and loved it all. Thank you Irena.
Disliked: The WiFi is weak with a range of just 3m from the TV, so not available on terrace or bedroom and much of living room There was a problem with the bedroom aircon unit as there was a very audible rapid water dripping noise that echoed inside the wall in the corner next to bathroom.
The most amazing place to stay in Polignano!
Liked: Irene and Dominico are amazing, helpful and so hospitable! We felt so fantastic in the villa, the place is so beautiful and clean. You could feel the good energy that comes from the owners.:) can’t wait to come back!
Fabulous stay in lovely area
Liked: Lovely apartment with a big pool. Close enough to the centre. The hosts were fabulous at all times and treated us more like family than guests.
