Beautiful hotel in a great location and wonderful staff, need some changes in the rooms
Liked: The staff was wonderful. Lisa, the concierge, helped arrange events; she was very informative and gave great recommendations. The Bar staff, especially Claudio, was so friendly and attentive. Very professional with a warm smile.
Disliked: For this type of hotel and in one of the higher-priced rooms, the lack of an iron and ironing board was disappointing. We had to ask for one every morning. Also, the shower is very small, and the door didn't close properly, so water splashed everywhere. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant Savino was magnificent; we ate there three times. The food was phenomenal.
