  Liked: The property is pretty but it was difficult to get to from the boat landing with no instructions from the hotel. Felix made dinner reservations for us each night but he always seemed annoyed with us. That made the stay very uncomfortable.

  Liked: Located 25 minutes away from Positano. Taxis are rare and crazy expensive and the road has no sidewalks, so it can be a bit dangerous. The room was small and simple. When its windy it can be very noisy. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Other hotels inside Positano can cost 4x or 5x. Still, I would advise to stay in Sorrento and visit Positano for a day.

  Liked: Wow!!! This is a stunning property! The views are amazing! You cannot beat the location. If you are hiking the “Path of the gods” the path drops you out about 100ft from this property. It is street level with only a few steps to descend down to get to your room(depending on the room)

  Liked: I bought it for the seventh went to go check in. Yes it was later but no one was there. I called every number emailed still never heard anything back. I’m still waiting for my money back. I just stay outside of the hotel room for over 2 1/2 hours at 10 o’clock at night waiting for a taxi. The worst time of my life.

  Liked: Yohave to walk 80 stairs down and carry all your bags down and then walk another 80 stairs up to get your bags again. The main issue that don't put all the information at expedia for the customer to know that truth. It's really a tricky location much more than you imagine. And the pictures doesn't show the reality at all. And they put ( parking available ) but it's not available this only get your attention. Of course i respect other locations in general how they make it clear to the customers and they put all the information as it is. But here only attraction and we get there it's totally something else. I wish them best luck. But myself i will never even think of stopping there at all.
