Charming Villa with beautiful private terrace and privare beach
Liked: Charming Villa suite with a terrace with beautiful sea view, and a scenic private beach down the steps from our suite. Les was very caring. Very convenient parking for extra fee. Breakfast served on our terrace or in our suite for extra 10 Euro. Late checkout was kindly allowed.
Disliked: Check-in after 7 pm requires extra charge.

Liked: Room was nice. The private beach ( down 200 old stone steps) was nice. Views of the sea from the breakfast area.
Disliked: Too many steps down to the hotel. Not good for non athletic. No elevator and definitely not handicapped accessible. Suitcases were delivered by zipline. All staff left at 7:00 pm. Walk to town was too far for my husband and scary due to narrow busy road with no pedestrian accommodations. Hairdryer, kettle and most of the electric plugs in the room didn’t work. Great place for honeymooners who desire privacy and no interaction with fellow guests.

Liked: Location is very convenient: short walk to the centre of Positano, while having the peace in the evenings. Breakfast is served based on enquiry document where You can check items You wish to be ready for You tomorrow morning. Our room, seems the most basic unit in their allotment had everything we needed, descent size with beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Property is reachable by car/scotter and is easy to park scooter just in front of the villa. Anyhow, as in many properties, there are steps to the room, and 175 steps from our room to the beach. May seem a lot, but in fact the surrounding is so beautiful that You do not find it exhausting. The beach is one of the main advantages of this villa: it is quiet, with sun from cca 10:00 to 15:00 and with nonchargeable sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, You may use two single and 1 double kayak, sup board. There is a rock convenient for jumping but it seems as another property and climbing up depends if the owner is not at the beach:D. There is also free shower at that beach. From here, by kayak/sup You can easily reach Positano beach (and two smaller on the way) on one side and Arienzo beach on another. Staff is very kind and ready to make Your stay memorable. They are also arranged luggage pick up/drop off from/to the room. Bar and lunch service is available to beach delivery with 10 € extra (until 15:30 or something). We did not find nearby shop, only in centre of Positano.
