Not a good location
Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. It took an hour to get the A/C working. They did it!
Disliked: The H2S smell was very bad from the nearby volcano. We could not open the window for hours. Finally, at 3 a.m., the smell was a little less, so we could open the window.

Liked: Staff was very nice and a great location away from the busy areas.
Liked: Although we did not receive the reserved room with a balcony upon check-in, the receptionist Mr. Alberto made an effort and found a solution. We received a room with a balcony, which was even larger than the one reserved. Parking space in the garage under the hotel, which is video monitored. Breakfast was continental with a medium selection
