  Historic and central location. Great service

  Liked: Good Location, helpful staff, easy parking in a town that la is parking (this is a bigger deal than you think). Definitely worth it!

  Great Room, Great Location, Parking A Bonus - But Beware The Pigeons

  Liked: Location about 10 minutes walk from centre and really easy to find

  Disliked: Please try and do something about those pigeons, it was almost impossible to eat breakfast outside as they just would not go away.

  Nice location but not a fan of the studio room I had

  Liked: I prefer the Pozzuoli area when I travel to Naples for work. Plenty of restaraunts and its nice to walk along Lungomare or the Port area. The location of the Villa Avellino is great for this.

  Disliked: My room was a small studio on the back of the Property which I thought would be nice. It was on the small side but met my needs. But the room was very hot and the 'air conditioner' was more like a fan just blowing air. I had to keep the door open for about an hour after I returned for the night - there were no windows. The bathroom vent fan was super loud and there was a motion detector in the bathroom that was constantly clicking on and off - I think for a small ceiling mounted 'nightlite' but not sure since it did very little other than make noise. There is a small patio with a table/chair and a light beside the door for nighttime entry however there was another motion detector in the front of the room that turned everything off after some time. So returning to the room at night was in the dark until I opened the door and the motion detector turned on the outside light.
