Exceptional
Unforgettable
Liked: One of the best views we've ever seen. A stunningly beautiful terrace looking out onto the ocean. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, great food and drinks, and located in a fab area a short bus ride from Positano and the business. Big thanks to Giorgio and the whole family team ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Disliked: Nothing!
The nicest staff member was the young gentleman waiter

Family run hotel. Nice rooms. Wonderful view
Liked: Family run hotel. Nice rooms. Wonderful view.
Liked: The rooms are very spacious, always clean, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job of cleaning them every day. The hotel’s location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring the area.
Disliked: For the price of this hotel, I expected a much better experience. The breakfast was extremely limited, with very little variety. If certain items ran out because previous guests had taken them, they were not refilled, leaving later guests with even fewer options. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff member in charge of breakfast. Instead of being welcoming, he constantly monitored what guests were eating, told us we had to use only one plate, and even said we were not allowed to take extra napkins from the counter because we had already used one. This level of pettiness is completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. Another issue was the air conditioning. Every time the housekeeping staff entered the room, they turned it off. During the summer, this made the room uncomfortably hot and was very frustrating to deal with.
Place with a soul
