Absolute Heaven
Liked: This home is absolutely beautiful! The view from the patio and master bedroom were incredible. Waking up to the still Mediterranean sea with the birds chirping, hearing the church bells every 15m/on the hour was so peaceful. The hand painted ceilings and tableware were so charming as well. We really appreciated the wine and snacks that were provided and the AC worked very well. Everything was perfect. We slept well during the nights and enjoyed each day to the fullest. The home had playing cards and a well stocked kitchen, so one night we cooked a meal there and played cards, and the other days/nights we walked to Il Pirata, restaurants, the grocery store, and around the beautiful squares nearby. Agnelo and Luigi were so helpful during our stay. It was so hard to leave! Update - I tried to add photos of the bedroom, views, and pool area, but booking.com said they were rejected since they don't meet privacy standards? Not sure what that means.

The most beautiful villa with a pool that has ocean views
Liked: The most beautiful villa set into the hillside of Praiano. Th pictures are very accurate but it’s so much better in person. The house was immaculate and well furnished. The owners even left us food supplies for a couple of days that we were welcome to use. We were met us at the main piazza near the home where our taxi dropped us and they helped us with our bags to the villa. Praiano is built into a hillside so there are many steps to get to the villa and around the city. For us this only led to the allure of the area and made it feel special. The pool was well maintained and warm in the summer weather. The views from the property are outstanding.
Disliked: It was perfect! No complaints at all!
Stunning Charmer
Liked: Villa Antica was well appointed. The host provided coffee milk and pasta!! The location was ideal. It is a quiet village 30 minutes from positano. There are a lot of steps to get to the villa but fewer than most as far as I could tell. I rented a car but i would not get a car there again because the roads are narrow and the traffic can be crazy. But I cannot say enough about the beauty and charm of the villa. I would stay there again despite the multitude of options.
