  Princess at the Palace in Ragusa!

  Liked: The “basement” cave where breakfast was served was so beautiful! I also had one of separate suites and it was my own Apartment which I absolutely appreciated the extra space to sprawl out and relax. The Breakfast was excellent with so many choices of food and pastries, fruits and yogurts to choose from as well as the selection of fresh juices and amazing coffee! Everyone was very friendly and happy to assist in any way.

  Very friendly staff good location

  Liked: We stayed in the annex which was a little way from the main hotel, but not a problem for us. The hotel communicated this in advance, also with the number of steps we would need to use to get to our room. They were also very helpful in giving information about parking which was much appreciated. An excellent breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, which also has an outside terrace. Very convenient for the local bus to get around if you do not feel like walking up steep slopes and many steps.

  Disliked: We would have like tea/coffee making facilities in the room (this can be provided if asked for) but for the price we think should be included.

  Amazing hotel

  Liked: Very nice hotel, location, food, staff. The view from our room was amazing.

  Disliked: The tight parking spaces are a nightmare.Our room was an apartment located outside of the hotel and there was a lot of trash on the road, on our way to the apartment. I know that’s a public road, but still it wasn’t a good image for the hotel

  Liked: Lovely staff, room was spotless and very comfortable with a huge bed and views over the old town. Breakfast was the best we had in Sicily with scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit
