Exceptional
Excellent location for our stay in Amalfi
Liked: Amazing location overlooking the town square, but you don’t hear any noise disturbance - conveniently allows you to pop in & out after a walk around town and is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Host met us as we disembarked the ferry & walked us to the property. Breakfast is room-service, and they provided a packed breakfast on the day we wanted an early start to walk the Path of the Gods.

Liked: Location, location, location!! Sarah made check in easy and was there to help.
Disliked: Loved the room, just needs new mattress and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows are too heavy / dense.

Excellent location, excellent staff, white glove service!
Liked: Breakfast in the room, Excellent staff, so accommodating and helpful. The communication was excellent, the location was amazing.
Disliked: Since it is right on the Piazza it can get a bit noisy at night. Travelers tip - close the thicker wooden window coverings, it really cuts the noise out.
Liked: The best location ever! The staff was always great, they even did our laundry just for the tip. The place was always clean.
Disliked: If you are big or tall, the shower is too small..
Beautiful hotel, convenient to everything
Liked: The location is excellent, very close to everything! What really made our stay special was the staff which are SO helpful in every way. Sara provided a variety of restaurants to try depending on taste, great breakfast room service, and assisted so much in arranging for a very early morning taxi service to take us to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Disliked: Shower was a little small.
