Exceptional
Great view, great location and good price for what you get
Liked: The view was amazing
Disliked: Sometimes we had some problems with the wifi but the host was very friendly and helped us a lot via whatsapp
We loved the place - our stay was too short - despite one or two issues
Liked: Excellent location, quiet with spectacular views. Great sun terrace. Comfortable with good facilities. We enjoyed the sights and sounds - the goat bells, intermittent cannon fire, nearby local band and church bells. Amazing steps down to Amalfi challenging our quad muscles! Fabulous meal at ristorante Gli Ulivi just round the corner.
Disliked: We had parking difficulties. The photo gallery showed parked vehicles at the top of the steps near the property. We assumed we could park there but it turned out that we shouldn’t have done, incurring a fine. A note about this on the website would help. We both barked our shins painfully on the low corner of the bed which was covered up by the bedding. The screen door and the inside door needed repair.
Peaceful place with amazing views
Liked: Awesome location with spectacular views. Very calm little neighborhood high uphill. The property is nice with a modern bathroom and good airconditioning.
Disliked: The property is indeed not super easy to reach. You will need a scooter or a car if you want to get around. This has its charms as well since its super quiet and peaceful but you will need to keep this in mind. Unfortunately, the place was not cleaned when we arrived (after check in time). The host had it fixed quite quickly though.
Beautiful overlooking view, cute apartment, good location, close to some local restaurants
Liked: beautiful view of the city and coastline; there are a couple restaurant options a short walk down from the apartment.
Disliked: In hindsight it would have been best if we just booked our transportation with the host. Using the city bus is easy enough if you are going to the city of amalfi, if you need transportation elsewhere, somewhere specific, I would recommend booking with the host's driver service. We ended up having to pay a taxi 45 euros for a 5 minute drive since we had luggage with us and couldn't walk with it.

Liked: The view, big terrace, big bathroom, heated. Helpful owners.
Disliked: Maybe that it wasn't normal coffee in the kitchen, only decaff.
