  Lovely 5 day experience with amazing views, offering a glimpse into actual life on the Amalfi coast

  Liked: We stayed on the top floor of the little tower. This small apartment is well suited for one or two people with longer stays as well. A place to unpack your suitcase:) We loved the views, tranquility and privacy the little tower offers. Communication with the hosts was exceptional (through WhatsApp in our case) as was the preparation of the amenities (there is even a steamer in the room, to straighten out clothing). Parking is possible at the bottom of the stairs, but the hosts even helped carrying out luggage although I can not recommend to travel here with a full size suitcase if you don’t have the strength to carry it up 120 steps:) you feel like in nature, so there are a few cats, donkeys and roosters can be heard and we even saw a snake and many lizards:) for us, 10/10

  Amazing spot with challenging access 😉

  Liked: Literally everything. Location was great and the house set on the hill with amazing views 🤩 Inside the house all we needed was available. Really well equipped kitchen annex, if you decide to cook for yourself. Air conditioner in every room. Additional toilet upstairs. All the house shining clean. A wonderful host, who for us was Benedetta. Met us at the parking spot and took us to the property, helping even to carry one of the bags. (She insisted 🙂)

  Disliked: There was absolutely nothing to dislike. But I'll mention here a few things which I think are worth knowing beforehand. (Sorry if someone mentioned it before but I can't read all the reviews) Firstly from the nearest parking spot/bus stop is about 150 steps up, most really steep. The bus isn't very regular from there, but Scala bus stop is about a mile away. (1.5km) and more frequent. The reason I mentioned the bus is that, I personally do not recommend driving around by car (especially hired) as it's high risk of being scratched 🤣 Nearest beach in Amalfi is about 1.5 miles (2.3km), and 400m descent by approximately 1600 steps 😉 if you like walking.

  Stairway to heaven

  Liked: The little tower of Minuta is a beautiful, well equipped home with all the amenities. It's about 10 minutes to Ravello, and 25 to the center of Amalfi. The view from the property is stunning. The home has lovely gardens. Beatrice was extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: The only thing that was a little difficult for me was all the stairs you have to climb to get into the property. This is not a problem for most people, but if you have bad knees or mobility issues, this is not the place for you
