Liked: The price was small.
Disliked: A funny smell is present in the room.
Liked: Great location. Considering the cheap price it was better what we expected after seeing the photos and reading the reviews. Easy to find and fluent communication. Semi-basement apartment but there are many windows. We hope to get back one day.

Disliked: The apartment was horrible. We couldn't sleep there because of the smell of mold which was also visible on the wall. The place didn't look like the pictures. It was so unbearable that we had to book another accommodation for our trip.

Liked: Very good location, host answered questions quickly and reacted to very big inconveniences, including a hydraulic failure. He tried to smooth over the bad impression and compensate for the damages resulting from the difficulties in using the facility. He was nice in conversation.
Disliked: Facts: very poor kitchen equipment, you had to ask for additional things (a chopping board or additional dishes for a third person, and even toilet paper). There is not even a chopping knife or a lid for the pot. The dryer is unusable due to a torn cable, the shower holder does not work, the toilet flush sometimes works, sometimes does not, which causes an unpleasant smell and difficulties in use, it is clear that the owner does not check the condition of the apartment. The property has a very unpleasant musty smell. The apartment is in the basement, which is not in the description, without windows (there are only small basement windows), dark, gloomy. It is not true that the reception is on site (when we arrived and I called several times, the owner rejected the calls), then he opened the apartment remotely. The towels were washed out, very old. If the price was half as low, one could consider using the property.
