Liked: Great location - great staff
The best place to stay in Reggio Calabria
Liked: Very nice and cozy place near the city center, 3 mins to center, 3 mins to railway station, 10 mins to beach and embankment, 1 min to supermarket. The room is big, clean, air conditioning, all details are included. The hosts are very welcome, helpful and nice. Really enjoyed!

Liked: The location is great near both the main street and right down the road from the train station. The staff is very kind and professional The room is large and has plenty of space
Unsafe, poorly managed, and misleading. We strongly do not recommend staying here especially as women!
Liked: Honestly, very little. The only positive was that the owner did attempt to fix the hot water the first time it went out before gaslighting and belittling us.
Disliked: False advertising: room listed as two extra large beds + two bunk beds, but only one extra large bed was provided. Safety hazards: exposed electrical wiring, strong smell of gas after hot water repair, repeated hot water outages. Hygiene issues: ants in the room. Health issues: citrus allergy ignored, leading to an allergic reaction. Breakfast issues: no clear communication about cut-off times, and food was not made by the hosts but consisted of sugary packaged items. Staff/owner behavior: owner was rude, condescending, and dismissive, especially toward my autistic friend, who he caused her to have a panic attack. Dishonesty and gaslighting: owners lied to Booking.com about the events, deleted WhatsApp messages, despite us having photos and screenshots of all communication. Overall, stressful and unsafe conditions throughout the stay.

Liked: The room is very comfortable, suitable for those with large baggage and as described. The hosts are very welcoming and the location provides access to the centre of town via a 15 minute walk. The train station is a short walk from the accommodation. We very much enjoyed our brief stay with Francesco and Joyce.
