Exceptional
Liked: Good host, went out of his way to help. Clean and tidy.
Disliked: Room was a little small for suitcases,but manageable.
Loved how personable the manager of Palazzo Bibi is. The inner courtyard was also very nice
Liked: The staff were excellent. The manager made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived!
Disliked: There was loud music playing from another room until three in the morning.
Liked: The decorations are superb, it’s like an art gallery. No keys, open your door with your phone!
A perfect stay near the station
Liked: Breakfast was great. Francesco is a lovely gentleman who obviously takes pride in looking after his guests. He accommodated our gluten free requests with no problem. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Very quiet at night too.
Disliked: Nothing. The only thing was that the room safe was locked when we arrived but we were given a key to keep for our stay.
