Exceptional
Wonderful hotel - we really enjoyed our stay!
Liked: We were very happy with our stay! Upon arrival, we were kindly offered a larger room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony and a beautiful sea view. The beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of food. We also appreciated the little extras: a kettle in the room, a dispenser with still and sparkling water on the floor, massage chairs, a coffee machine and a cosy children's play corner downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - the beach is just across the road, a supermarket is very close, and the train station is within easy reach, making it convenient for day trips. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again! Highly recommended!

Liked: Comfort room, nice breakfast, massage chairs are amazing, the view from the balcony!
Liked: Hotel was very clean with good facilities. The staff were very receptive and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of gluten free. Cereal biscuits and bread. Nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The location was quite good to get around, but unfortunately the ferry across the Canal stopped the day after we arrived.
Overall great stay
Liked: Lovely hotel, they gave us a free room upgrade, right near the beach, very clean, very helpful staff, they offer vouchers for a discount at the beach, bike rental available. Breakfast was pretty average. Overall great stay
Disliked: Not a negative for the hotel but to get to the main areas at night it is across the river (35 min walk) or else you can get a ferry across (2 mins) but they only take cash so good to be aware of Also be aware the beach outside the hotel does not allow you to put down your towels on sand you have to rent a lounger which can be expensive.
