Wonderful customer service and beautiful location

Overall, a nice place to stay with an accommodatng host
Liked: Although we're not familiar with the area, we think it's a good location. The bedrooms were a good size. The a/c worked well, although someone had to come to get it started. The hospitality was above average. Breakfast croissants and the makings for mimosas were left for our enjoyment.
Disliked: The upstairs bedroom and bathroom had a slanted roof which requires that the guests cannot stand upright. A bit of an uncomfortable situation.
Perfect property in a perfect place - will definitely recommend and already planning to come back
Liked: Property is close enough to the station and town to make it very easy walk and far enough from the centre to ensure it’s very quiet - brilliant spot. Another massive tick is the carpark spot right in front of the property.
Disliked: Lack of lift - which can’t be resolved- getting the luggage upstairs is an undertaking - but worth it as the view from balcony is amazing
Liked: The property was great, very clean and spacious.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the communication from the property manager during my stay. She did not reach out to me until after I had already arrived, and I did not feel particularly welcomed or supported. There was also important information that I believe should have been provided in advance, such as details about the elevator in town and guidance on how to get around the area. Having this information ahead of time would have made the arrival and overall experience much easier. Additionally, I think the apartment would benefit from having a welcome book or guide with basic instructions for appliances and other amenities, such as how to operate the stove. It shouldn’t be assumed that every guest will automatically know how to use the appliances, especially when they may be unfamiliar with the specific models. Clear instructions would make the stay much more comfortable and convenient for guests.
Spacious, clean, lovely views
Liked: Great balcony with lovely views to the water. In the new part of town and a short walk to everything you need.
Disliked: We needed two set of keys but the host got that sorted for us pretty quickly.
Enjoyable
Liked: The view was fabulous!
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a few more mugs as there were four of us of a decent size. We also didn't know what coffee pods to buy (it would have been great to have some samples).
