Liked: So many good things, from being met at the station, fully equipped kitchen, very clean, generous supplies, brilliant location. Great communication from the owner, before, during and after our stay. Can’t praise this enough.
Lovely small apartment ideal for our stay
Liked: It's a lovely little apartment, set in the middle of the northern side of Riomaggiore. (I have attached a photo of it among the other buildings). It is a short walk down some steep steps to the Coop supermarket and the main street. It is a small apartment, but for two people, it is ideal. It has all the facilities and implements you need and is clean and comfortable. The photos of the apartment are true. It has a glimpse of the ocean and a small balcony with a view of the opposite side of the town. One of Giulio's associates met us on arrival at the station and brought us to the apartment, which we really appreciated. There are some steep steps, so if you have a lot of luggage (like we did) it's not easy, but we did manage.
Liked: We loved the air conditioning and the location. It's a lovely apartment and it was nice to have someone meet us and help us with our bags!
Excellent and great to stay in one place and explore the other villages
Liked: The house was fully equiped with everything you need and more. The washing machine was a bonus. There is a small balcony to sit on for an evening drink
Disliked: The steep stairs from the Main Street up to the house but Riomaggorie is all steep stairs. When we found the lift from the station up to the top level it was an easy walk and down some stairs to the house.
A very comfortable stay!
Liked: Location is right in the center of the town and away from the busy street. One minute walk to the most busy commercial street. The balcony is great for relaxation and to look onto the ocean. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Giacomo came to greet us, show us where to park, brought us through the town to the property, then gave us a detailed walk through of the house. He personally built a website to give tourist to know where to go, shop and eat. We ate at one of his recommended restaurant and it was a fabulous experience.
