Very good
Liked: The view is fantastic. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: We had electrical issues. Lights that would not turn on or wouldn't turn off. Poor lighting in the bathroom. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if they included in the booking luggage transport contacts. By the time we realized this service was available they were completely booked. Had we known when we made the reservations 3 months before our trip we could have booked this as well.
Incredible view and suite
Liked: The view is incredible. Yes there are a lot of stairs but it is worth the effort to get that view. The bed was also extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Would be great to have a bit more fridge space or larger fridge. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Amazing view from the top roof terrasse, even from the room.
Disliked: The bathroom window-walls might put you in a uncomfortable situation when privacy is required, despite the curtains.

The room itself was better than average for Cinque Terre. Just be aware that this is not a hotel. Also, there is only 1
Liked: The bathroom shower size is larger than most in Italy. It had a real hair dryer. Not the kind mounted to the wall. The property managers were timely in responding to messages.
Disliked: I felt like I read the fine print but it was not clear that this was an apartment-not a hotel. Also, we were required to share pictures of our credit card and passport over an unsecured app. We had an ant issue in the room that was not addressed. The breakfast is mainly carbs. Which is not unusual for Italy but a hard boiled egg would have been nice.
Disappointing
Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Currently the location is under construction and it feels like a cavern when you finally arrive and walk up to your room. Also how far up it was without a view not worth the climb to get there and there is not a terrace at this location for every guest to use. The only room that would have a view would be the upgraded room on the water side. There are many places to stay in town that have an actual terrace for all the guests to use that is overlooking the water.
