  Disgusting client Service do not trust

  Liked: Disgrace. We have been driving around Europe for nearly three months. Each time before getting to accommodation, we ask for parking details and the service is always exceptional. We asked several times of this place and received notification finally, but not in English. That is ok, we just ask to please translate. 2 days later receive parking instructions of under house on road side. Google maps then showed parking at bus stop! Concerned we asked again with no reply. Being so remote we also asked if any condiments and if buses run. We got a stern no about condiments and no answer about buses. We were stressed about parking situation. For our can and lack of info as never come across this before, so asked booking. Com to please cancel - we were happy to pay for three of the five nights. Here is where the fun starts. We finally get a call from owner, whom could speak english. Basically we were told you should have gone through Airbnb. We said we booked through booking.com. She then said she would look at small reimbursement. We were ok with that. Now nothing - she has told us we booked through wrong place not her problem, and has taken 1400 euros. Please read carefully real reviews!!!!

  in summer this property would be beautiful but if you aren’t able to use the outdoor area it isn’t great and needs maint

  Liked: The views were amazing.

  Disliked: The hike up the hill with large backpacks, the low ceilings, smallest toilet and the stairs down to the only toilet. Breakfast was suppose to be included for 3 of us 3 days. We got 6 eggs, milk, juice and a pack of sweet biscuits - no cereal, no bread - we then had to walk down the 100 steps in the dark and drive in the dark to get something for breakfast and then climb back up the 100 step in the dark. This is not okay it’s either included or it’s not. The outside BBQ lit and went out after 3 seconds and the power tripped every-time you used the oven and one power point started smoking at midnight.
