Exceptional
An absolutely perfect stay Salerno
Liked: An absolutely perfect stay in Salerno! We had an incredible experience at Alta Quota. The location is unbeatable—super close to the train station, bus stops, and the port, making it the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. The room was sparkling clean, modern, and very comfortable. The sea view from the balcony is simply breathtaking! A special thanks to Tommaso, who is a fantastic host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salerno!
Very Nice Stay!
Liked: Large bright apartment with very comfortable bed! (Room #2) Husband said the cot was also comfortable ….. restless sleeper! Bathroom is large, as is the shower! The glimpse of the sea is nice ….. but the best part is you’re only a short walk away if you want to get closer. Turn right upon exiting apartment. Go to top, walk straight, pass grocery store on the right and head towards busy highway. Turn left and walk across the first pedestrian crosswalk and turn to your right. Once you pass the area that looks like a jogging path, I believe it’s for roller skating, shortly after there is a very steep driveway, you’ll know you’re on the right one if you begin to see a wall painting of a girl flying a red heart …. Birds and girl painted in all black …. The sea is just ahead of you! Worth the walk for sure! Tommaso was most helpful even saved me a parking spot!! Also helped us with our luggage. Oh and last but not least, we had a most delicious dinner at Casa Ragusa - https://casaragusasalerno.it/. Do not pass it up!!
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like ….. just be prepared to walk a pretty good distance to restaurants. Wasn’t hard for me but it might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

Liked: Breakfast was a nice local place, tommaso was very accommodating and gave is some great recommendations on local spots to eat and drink. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the facilities were great well maintained

Found it really hard to leave. Had the best stay, great sight seeing, great food, and a fabulous host!

Disliked: That it was on 8th floor and the lift was broken for few days. Lucky we all could walk independently.
