Fabulous
Disliked: It is a shared Facility, so lock your doors when you are inside your room (people could walk inside your room). This is not communicated in advance.
Not the best experience
Liked: There was breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was advertised as having a balcony and a sea view, but unfortunately, it had neither. The biggest issue, however, was the mold on the walls and in the bathroom. The photos uploaded on the booking site do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. Despite these issues, the host was helpful and cooperative, which we appreciated. However, due to the condition of the room, we decided to leave after the first night and had to find alternative accommodation, which caused us considerable inconvenience.
I paid for a service I didn’t get!
Liked: The property was well designed and cute. The host was really nice and open to help. She suggested many restaurants to try.
Disliked: I requested from Booking that my arrival would be at 13.00, the room was ready at 13.36. It was not cleaned properly, and they don’t have daily cleaning as mentioned in Booking. I’m alergic to dust and I got sick and eaten from mosquitos. The AC was not working and was not even cleaned, so for us it was like a sauna. We were not able to open the windows as it was on the ground floor, accessible from the outside, but the net was dirty and dusty. The shower was not working properly, I was not able to wash my hairs and the toiletteries were only one small bottle per person for two nights. The water from the shower was cold. I asked the host to check the AC and tv and her husband checked it without my presence eventhough I asked to wait for me. I kept my clothes in the luggage because the closet was dirty. The water mixed with sand was coming out of the sink. The shared kitchen was nice but not usable. We were not allowed to cook anything and there was not any AC. I informed the host about everything, but she just gave me explanations on why this and that happened.
Bed bugs, escape!
Liked: We only stayed 3 nights.
Disliked: Bed bugs.
Liked: The room was very beautiful, clean and in a nice location. Barbara was an excellent host.
If you like bed bugs, it is perfect. It was a very bad experience to sleep with:(
Liked: The rooms were close to the sea. We found free parking places near. The sea was clean and bright. We received good information from the owner where we find keys, how to get there and other information.
Disliked: 1) We realized on the last day that there were BED BUGS (!) in one of our room (2 people room)! We felt several insect bites on the second day. It was curious as we did not see any spiders or mosquitos anywhere. But on the last day we had so many bites on our body (neck, shoulder, knee, finger, belly, feet) that we checked the ground and immediately found bed bug on the ground. We immediately messaged to the property with pictures but they only said, sorry, they will arrange a cleaning after we leave, and we should wash our clothes with bleach and on over 60 degrees. We had to leave as early as we could (7am) and cancel our already agreed programs. Imagine that on the last night at 11 pm you find yourself in this situation and or you search another place to sleep, or you choose to have another great night with bug bites. And after getting home leave everything outside until everything will be sterilized before entering in your home. And get some antihistamine to get rid of the painful scratching... 2) The refrigerator cleanliness was not good. We had two shelves but other ones were in use, and there were some older foods in with not very good smell. 3) In the bigger room the toilet rinse was out of order, only a very small quantity water was available. 4) The bigger room wall was moldy. 5) The smaller room bathroom switch of douche switch not worked correctly, and missed parts. 6) Beware of the power supply of the smaller room. Someone put some metal stick into the slot it can be dangerous!
