Fabulous
Liked: Nice room!!
Disliked: AC didnt work, repair wasnt available, as compensation we received breakfast!
Disappointing, left after first night
Liked: The host communicated with me
Disliked: The property location didn't feel safe, the entrance hall was unlit and uneven underfoot with lots of stairs, my son fell upon entering. The apartment looked ok at first glance but on closer inspection wasn't clean. The bedding was worn and we woke up with bites on our legs. The sink and shower didn't drain and were not clean. The air conditioning unit was leaking water all over the floor. I reported these issues to the host who did reply and attempt to fix them but it was too little too late. I was staying there with my two children and felt very vulnerable. We had booked to stay 4 nights but left after only 1 night and had to seek emergency accommodation which booking.com failed to respond to so I was left severely out of pocket. Unfortunately I would not recommend this property or visit here again.
Disaster
Liked: Location
Disliked: No towel change for 3 days, blanket had stains, keys dont work properly, had to ring the host to open the door remotely or wait until somebody went in or out. The room is really dump, to cover the smell of humidity, there are tons if aroma devices. The bed frame was dusty and the bed felt wet all the time. We had insect bite marks on us, so probably the bed had bed bugs. The room was not getting clean up, only tidied up, which are very different things. Did not have breakfast, but saw it, it was not what was on photos, it consisted of supermarket pain au chocolate in plastic wraps.
