Exceptional
Clean, convenient & helpful -a little stink
Liked: Convenient location -15 min walk from train station & if taking the MarinoBus to Naples airport, it is a 15 min walk as well. Clean facility with friendly & helpful staff. Very thorough instructions provided upon checkin. We were also provided tons on links to recommend restaurants, ferries, buses, etc. so very helpful!
Disliked: There was an odor in the bathroom - we think from the plumbing (sewer gases), so we kept the balcony doors open when we were in the room & closed and covered the drains with towels. We were only in the room while sleeping so not a show stopper.
Great location if you want to be walking distance to ferries and trains
Liked: The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The host is responsive and available to answer questions. The location is perfect - about 12 minutes walking distance from the train and the ferries. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Located in a lively neighbourhood. I felt safe as a solo traveller.
Liked: Alexandea was wonderful!!!!! She was there to greet us & show us how everyrhing worked. She booked taxi's, sent restaurants, grocery stores and was there for any questions we had (which was a bit)! The room was clean and had everything we needed! The location felt safe and within walking distance to most things. We missed our one ferry at the farthest location because the taxi did not arrive and we had to walk, it was way to far. We took a bus on the way back, and that is the way to go. Overall, great host, location and room. Thank you!!!
Disliked: Wish we had learned to use the bus there, sooner. We wouldn't have missed a half day in Capri.
We enjoyed our stay
Liked: Nice, spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Kind host. If we are in the area again I would book a room here.
Disliked: Everything was nice. The only thing that is important to mention is that the kitchen is shared and you are not allowed to cook on the stove. We were not aware of that when we booked the room. You can use the microwave and the coffee machine and make tea. For our trip that was sufficient.
Very friendly, very comfortable, great location
Liked: The location was great for the bus and train stations. The local neighbourhood was really authentic and Urban Suite 57 gave some nice recommendations for local restaurants.
Disliked: I didn't really notice that the apartment is very close to a big noisy road. Urban Suite 57 have done all they can to reduce the noise level but you can still hear it a little.

Liked: Location is very good. 5 mins walk from bus/train stations and around 10 mins walk from Ferry!
Disliked: Nothing!
