Exceptional
Great base for our week stay, enjoyed our stay and were able to visit Naples, Caserta and Pompei easily
Liked: Good location, clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Small table inside which didn’t give you much room to have breakfast in comfort.
Interesting theme
Liked: The decor was interesting and a big change from the usual. Nice theme. Maid was excellent and came every day. Location was in the centre, close to the shopping street and the old town. The kitchen had a a coffee machine and the pods were refilled. Also had a 2 ring hob. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a settee and a wardrobe. Enough power sockets. The beautician downstairs does a good manicure! Supermarket next door.
Disliked: . Toilet and shower had a macerator which was noisy.
Liked: Very good location, direct next to the most interesting things, good restaurants nearby, perfect location to the train station and the ferries. Very friendly, could do easy an early checkin at 10am. Everything clean and comfortable and new.
Nice room good location
Liked: Excellent location only a 10 minute walk to the station and the old town. It was a lovely room with nice furnishings. We visited Herculaneum and Pompeii by train.
Disliked: It didn't bother my husband because he could sleep through an earthquake and it is not the hotels fault but the street below is very noisy at night. I would suggest may they could provide earplugs for light sleepers. The shower looks great but due to lack of pressure it does not let out a lot of water, I think a smaller shower head would probably be more suitable.

Liked: Our stay at ConteMax ArtHotel in Salerno absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch and very professional. The location of the hotel is great and very convenient. We were really impressed by the cleanliness. Cleaning was provided every day, but with great respect for our privacy – if we didn't want it, the staff fully respected that. Having a small kitchenette in the room is a brilliant feature, and being able to make coffee or tea whenever we wanted was a wonderful bonus. On top of that, we were very pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. It is truly an exceptional place where everything works perfectly!
