Superbo! Fantastico!
Liked: What a great stay that was. The room was great, superbly clean & tidy. The bed was great, very comfortable & as a person who tends to struggle to sleep away from home, I slept brilliantly every night. The bathroom was very spacious, with a fantastic shower. Got given a good array of breakfast items for the week with plenty of water. Wasn't sure what to make of the communal room initially (you share it with another room within the room, if that makes sense? It's a housing complex with other residents, room let's etc), but it was fine. It truly had everything you could ask for. Excellent air conditioning. If you're security conscious like we are, you have two locked doors before you even get to your room. The owner is a resident on the floor below & a very nice man, who will help you if you're in need, including an offer to be picked up & to Napoli airport, Salerno train station, and pretty much anywhere else! Fantastic location too, literally 5 minutes to the main shopping strip, 7 mins to the front, 10 mins to all the nightlife & restaurants, 12 mins to the main train station, 5 minutes to the Duomo train station that takes you to Vietri sul Mare, Pompeii & other places between Salerno & Napoli. Also very quiet, even with a main road a stones throw away. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Disliked: Honestly nothing, it was really fantastic.
Liked: Very clean and well equipped in a quiet apartment block. Friendly host and a good price for the area. Easy to get around - 10-15 min walk to the train station and to Amalfi ferry. As a family of five we had the whole apartment to ourselves which meant it felt very spacious. The rooms have a shared kitchen/dining area if you book them separately.
Disliked: We liked it all as a base to explore the area (in three days we did Pompeii, Amalfiand Positano), it doesn’t have scenic views but is quiet and safe to come back to as a family. We didn’t really rate the public beaches in Salerno - nice for a walk and ok for a dip but lots of litter.

Liked: It was the most fantastic accomodation we have ever been. Clean, cosy, comfy, aesthetic, fully equiped just like home. I really liked the home fragrances. 🙂 We also received really delicious breakfast, snacks, cold water was prepared for us after the long journey. It is near to the main street, train station and harbour. Luigi is not an average host, he put his heart and soul. My friend unfortunately got sick, he escorted her to the doctor, hospital, and pharmacy, fully supported her with the procedure. We are more than thankful, i recommend the place whole heartedly.🫶

Liked: The apartment was clean, spacious, and airy with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it had everything we needed — from a washing machine to good kitchen utensils. The location was ideal: walking distance to the train station, ferry (perfect for visiting the Amalfi Coast), a pay-as-you-go gym, and several nice restaurants. The host was also really kind, picking us up from the station and dropping us off.
Disliked: The kitchen is shared with guests from the second room, which wasn’t a problem for us, but worth noting.
