A great spot in lovely Salerno
Liked: My single room was quite spacious and had an excellent bathroom. It was really comfortable. Breakfast was provided and there was a washing machine. The host, Danilo, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I highly recommend this gem of a place.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
Lovely experience
Liked: I had a fantastic stay at Danlu. The location is excellent, very close to Salerno’s historic old town, which made it really easy to explore the city on foot. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also really appreciated the breakfast, which was very complete, varied and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Danlu. A great place to stay in Salerno, with an excellent location, great cleanliness and lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay here again!
Great location, lovely bedroom
Liked: Beds are very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for 2 people to move around very comfortably. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was excellent. The air con worked well. We arrived very late and we were grateful that the host waited up for us to let us in and explain and show everything.
Disliked: The fridge in the bedroom was perhaps a little noisy, especially during the night. The orange plastic chairs in the communal kitchen weren't to my taste and gave the space a bit of a hostel feel, but this is only a small thing and didnt take away from a lovely property.
The perfect first visit to the Amalfi Coast
Liked: Very clean, very nice balcony to relax on. The host was very kind and hospitable, he also gave me an excellent list of recommendations for the local restaurants and ferries. The location is good, near the old town and also an easy walk to the ports.
