Good
Many be look at another hotel this one is tied and needs lots of improvement
Liked: The room was large, the breakfast was good lots of choices
Disliked: I have never been in a hotel room where there was no tea and coffee facilities no kettle, plastics cups very disappointing

Great Stay!
Liked: The hotel was comfortable and offered all the amenities expected of a property in its category. Complimentary underground parking was a welcome bonus, although maneuvering in the garage can be challenging with a large SUV. Its proximity to the tourist port was particularly convenient for boat trips along the Amalfi Coast and to the nearby islands.
Disliked: The breakfast was adequate, but there is room for improvement to bring it up to the standard expected of a four-star hotel.

Worst 1190€ I’ve ever spent
Liked: The location is good. The breakfast was good also.
Disliked: The reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were given a room that was inferior to the one we had booked, and it had a strong smell of dampness. When we asked to change the room, the staff treated us very disrespectfully, and we had to argue just to get the room we had originally booked. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because of the poor attitude of the reception team. We expected much better service and professionalism.
