  Disliked: The appartment is a short walk away from the hotel and use of the hotel facilities and the pool is not included. We had filtered our search on Booking.com for swimming pools to find this hotel, and didn’t realise the pool was not included, but were refused cancellation. Also the cheap nylon bedspread and plastic (incontinence type) mattress protector were grim.

  Relaxing, comfortable and friendly

  Liked: Breakfast was good, however you did have to wait for coffee and eggs and meat to refill. Waiter was great but restaurant was busy. Our housekeeper older lady so wonderful and very pleasant. Front desk was very helpful

  Not worth the money

  Liked: The view is incredible, and the hotel is overall very clean with nice big bathrooms

  Disliked: Service and breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel and service is a lot closer to a 2/3 stars. Bare minimum amenities in the bathroom, poor quality mattresses, but the worse was breakfast. In the south of Italy you except cheeses, tomatoes, fresh cooked eggs, fruits, fresh squeezed juices, and instead we got a small sample of sweet options and some pre-cooked eggs. Not 4 stars worthy at all.

  Liked: View is amazing, location is so cool.

  Disliked: Breakfast is very poor. I could give only 3 out of 10 point. Also room cleaning would be better. Also if they can change there some old parts of the bathroom area would be better.
