Exceptional
Liked: Location
Disliked: Towels very old and washed out. Toiletries minimal and poor quality. Terrace patoo furniture old and broken, not like photos. Images of breakfast food missleading, no longer part of stay.
Liked: Beautiful room in a beautiful location with a terrace overlooking the town. Staff were so welcoming and breakfast at the cafe next door was also exceptional. Can't recommend enough!
Salerno was a good base to explore from, and the property was comfortable aside from the steps issue
Liked: The location is excellent. The rooms clean and spacious.
Disliked: There is a warning about ‘no lift’ so that is fair. But realistically, 5 flights (60 stairs) up to the unit is a killer. It is really something to be aware if especially after walking all day, then up the steep hill to the property- elderly, unfit people honestly in that heat could become a medical emergency
Beautiful Italian escape with everything there in a few steps away
Liked: The location is amazing, central to many cool eateries and drinks. The church and museum is on your doorstep very authentic Italy
Disliked: The breakfast was poor as you had to go to a local eatery and it was very busy, they didn’t want to serve you and it was hard to know what you had included as English is their first language which is understandable. We just grabbed a few pastries and left. There was a couple of snags the tap in sink was broke and it was difficult to know what you could have out the fridge but would not deter us from stopping again.
Liked: The location was great and the host friendly. The room had all you needed and the aircon was good
Liked: Spottesly clean. central location for historic center. Electricity went down but owner came straight away to solve the problem.
Disliked: Well equipped kitchen but no place to cook.
