Good
Disappointed that the pool was closed, we were led to believe it would be open
Fantastic breakfast and staff
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The location was not close to downtown and the beach was quite a hike from the hotel.
Not a 4 stars hotel
Liked: Hotel with parking and with sea view
Disliked: Very old and small bathroom, no clothes hanger in the room, electric plugs with no lids on it. Everything was not well looked.
Fine for one night
Liked: The parking was convenient. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast included a wide variety of options.
Disliked: When we arrived we were given a very nice room with a large queen bed, but there was a leak in the ceiling and needed to be transferred to a smaller, less comfortable room with two single beds and a significant number of mosquitos which made sleeping uncomfortable.
A very uncomfortable night trying to sleep in a hot room
Liked: Good parking facilities and very clean. Staff very nice and welcoming
Disliked: The air con in my room was very poor and I had a very uncomfortable night trying to sleep. With temperatures outside reaching 36 degrees the hotel needs to seriously look at modernising their air conditioning. Luckily I was only there one night
The hotel needs to work on maintenance
Liked: Excellent location and helpful staff
Disliked: The bathroom was leaking when taking a shower and the floor was flooded. The toilet cover wasn’t stable and sitting on it was uncomfortable. In the morning the cleaning staff was meeting by the elevator and it felt uncomfortable
