  Disliked: Was no staff around to ask questions. Internet wasn't working but in the hallway. Tv remote wasn't working. Breakfast was poor

  Amazing romantic getaway

  Liked: This was my favorite accomodations in Italy so far. We booked the magma room, I wanted to make use of the hot tub and the sauna, plus the terraces. This place does not disappoint in the slightest. The team was extremely helpful and responsive, and even let us in a few hours early. First of all the lobby and common area is very clean and very beautiful and recently renovated. But the real star is the magma room comma and absolutely incredible space that has a fresco painted on the ceiling that is stunning. Complete with a private terrace overlooking the Valley, and two other small terraces to look out of the bedroom and bathroom, I could not have been happier. I was sceptical about the quality of the sauna and the jacuzzi because in Europe these can be hit or miss. They both exceeded my expectations, so if you are booking for that reason, rest assured they are great. They also provided water, snacks, and champagne. This was everything I had hoped for and more, I wish I had made my main accommodation this place because it is so good. If you have the opportunity, stay here, no question.

  My worst impression of the whole Italian trip

  Disliked: Lost 200 EUR due to the messy arrival policy. Pissed off, to say the least. My expectation would be, if there's a late arrival fee (after 9 pm in my case), it has to be clearly and explicitly communicated in advance, not after the card has already been billed and you don't really have a choice. In my case, I found changing the terms on the fly disturbing (looked like fraud to me) and requested a free cancellation immediately, but was rejected and charged in full. WTF?
