Liked: Great new appartment and nice location. Quiet area of Salerno
Liked: Lucia is an amazing person and an incredibly helpful host. You definitely won’t regret booking this apartment! She is very kind, always available to help, and quick to find solutions whenever you need anything. The apartment is super clean, beautifully designed with a modern style, and conveniently located close to the city centre. You can reach the main historical attractions within just a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended! 😊
Would not recommend it
Liked: Renovated building, spacious rooms
Disliked: I had several flight delays and the hotel could not let me check in after 10pm. The communication was a disaster. I was lucky to have a local friend who went and picked up the keys for me, otherwise I would end up homeless the first night. Although there is a kettle in the room, there is no coffee/ tea. I was surprised there was no soap/ body wash either! I had to buy from a local supermarket.
No Hot water No Power and refusing refund
Liked: Location good and apartment good size however there were things missing for the two bedroom aprtment like no toaster or working bottle opener
Disliked: We were booked in for 3 days and vacated the second day due to the constant power shortages, electrical burning smell and no hot water or smoke alarms. We gave them the opportunity to fix the problems but when the power went out again and we were left in pitch black darkness. We had no option but to leave. cancelling the two nights accommodation, getting an emergency accommodation at the grand hotel. We are so Disappointed as adding insult they are refusing to give us a refund. Unfortunately booking.com have not have been supportive here saying we must go back to the host. Hopefully my travel insurance will help us here.
No Hot Water, No Help — Very Disappointing
Disliked: We had a terrible experience at this property. There was no hot water at all, which is completely unacceptable. After a hot day, our whole family — including a child — could not take a shower. We contacted the lady via WhatsApp, but nothing was done for hours, and the problem was never fixed. To make things worse, electricity went out when we tried to cook dinner (it eventually came back). But the hot water issue was never solved. Very disappointing and unprofessional for a place that calls itself “luxury.”
Very frustrating!
Liked: The apartment itself was very nice, large, bright and clean.
Disliked: When we arrived there was no TV, no cookware, no washing machine, no drying rack, all as promised. No mirror in the bathroom just a wire from the wall for a light. All but the washing machine were fixed in 2 days, the washer not until Saturday. No cooking utensils, spatula, were ever delivered, but asked for. The dishwasher did not have power, fixed the same day, but. 2 days there was no hot water in the morning for showers, Sunday no hot water all day! Power went out twice. Said there was a concierge but only communication was What’s App.
