Exceptional
Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was good
Disliked: The shower wasn't hot. The shower didn't drain and there wasn't a dining table with seating. The kitchen sink drain was leaking.
Liked: The place was very comfortable, clean, well equipped. The atmosphere was very good. Host didn't speak english but was very kind and we managed to communicate anyway. Transport around the city (and to neighbouring cities, i.e. Amalfi, Positano) was shockingly cheap.
Disliked: Hot tub was a little disappointing, we had to clean it since it was quite dirty and it also wasn't very comfortable to sit in. Otherwise everything was great. The nearby beach wasn't the best but there was a much better one around 15 minutes away by bus.
Lovely apartment with spa in the heart of Salerno was perfect for celebrating our anniversary
Liked: We loved our stay in Salerno. The apartment was in a great location in the city center right near all of the murals. They provided tickets for the bar across the street for a traditional Italian breakfast. The hot tub was definitely our favorite part. Perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. What really made our trip outstanding was the housekeeper Marianna, who greeted us when we arrived and helped us with things we needed throughout our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable for us. As someone who suffers from a lot of back problems, it felt like sleeping directly on springs. A couple inches of memory foam topper would go a long way!
Perfect!!
Liked: My stay was perfect. We got stuck in a mall 25 minutes away and the boss came and picked us up because we struggled to get an uber or taxi. Marianna was so kind and really helpful. The room was very clean and all the facilities worked perfectly! The staff were one of the nicest staff i’ve ever met!! The jacuzzi was so good and it had lights in it! I really recommend this place and next time we come we’d 100% stay here again😊😊
