Good
Disliked: being very far from the city
Liked: The room clean and pleasant, perfect for a couple's stay. The property is also in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from Salerno Station. We arrived a bit late, but the host was very helpful, answered our calls, and guided us to the location.
Disliked: The room where we stayed has no door or partition for the washroom. So good for couples but not for friends. Would be great if there is a curtain atleast.
Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Lots of beetles, ants, and slugs. More than 100 bites all over the body from bedbugs after 6 days in this hotel, it's not just a bad hotel, it needs to be closed. While we were there, they turned off the refrigerator and a lot of food went bad, we did not receive a response to the complaint.
It’s the worst communication I had with the owner. They could respond quicker
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: At the start, the messages from them were incorrect, firstly that there were two guests, not true. Secondly they were asking for tax for two days, I was only staying one day. I told them to check my booking. I got no response. I was left waiting for 30 minutes outside to be given the entry code, despite messaging them and ringing twice no response. The television did not work nor did the wifi. I reported this and they said they will deal with it tomorrow.
Cozy weekend in a nice and furnished room
Liked: The view from the room was nice and the bed was comfy
Disliked: Our original booking confrimation stated check in was open from 11am, I had double checked a few days prior to check in to make sure and it was still 11am however on the day of check in the time had changed to 3pm and we were not provided any notice. This did not suit us as we had arranged our arrival time to meet the check in time to get the best outcome of our short stay. When I had messaged the contact regarding this issue they said "must have been a mistake" and did not apologise. We understand mistakes occur however the staff could have been more present and handled in a more professional manner especially considering how we said we were going to be there quite soon We eventually organised for us to leave our bags until the room was ready, we were waiting outside for over 30 minutes for someone to respond with where we leave them as there was no lobby just a door to enter the building with a keypad for a code. They eventually gave us the code and we assumed the room was ready which it was however it stunk of cigarrettes the second we walked in and one of the blankets had a cigarette burn in it. The room appeared clean at first however there was some dirt in the bed and some dead bugs as well. We were also not provided any toilet paper and had to take a roll from another room. The bathroom was not dirty however there was mold in parts of the shower. The location was quite far from town given we did not have a vehicle and used public transport, the roads have alot of bends no footpaths which was not safe for walking. We understand that is our error for not taking location into consideration earlier but would like to advise for others who do not have a vehicle.
