Exceptional
Outstanding Service and a Wonderful Stay!
Liked: Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and the entire housekeeping team did a fantastic job. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The customer service here is truly next-level. When I asked the receptionist for travel directions to St. Michael’s Cave, he didn't just give us advice—he immediately took care of all the travel arrangements and sorted out a taxi for us on the spot. On top of that, because we had to check out early, he kindly arranged for our breakfast to be ready at 6:00 AM so we wouldn't have to travel on an empty stomach. They went completely above and beyond to make our trip smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Disliked: No complaints..Just book this hotel
Great
Liked: Breakfast, lunch, location everything was excellent,
Liked: Staff gave good service and friendly
Disliked: Don't find frightened in room And shower not fixed well Broken cabort with out handle Table drover with out handle
Liked: The staff
Disliked: That I was alone
Liked: I was super to have gluten free options for provided breakfasts and lunch and dinner options. The staff were amazingly patient with my broken Italian. A safe 15 minute walk to the important religious sites, good bar options and prices. Loved the family business vibe which made the atmosphere feel more human. Really a great 4-star stay for far less than a 4-star price.
Disliked: The only issue was the inconsistent and unstable wifi which sometimes caused a bit of trouble when I needed to work only to have the internet drop. Other than that, no complaints!
Great service and value
Liked: The coffee and service were fantastic
