Exceptional
Liked: The B&B was very quaint, located in an older building. The hosts told us to meet them on a street a short distance away. This was very good as they led us to a small court and then we entered a narrow passage under a staircase that took us to the street where the B&B was located. The hosts were great as we arrived on the eve a a festival and no taxis would be working the next day. They even offered to drive us to the neighboring town of Mont St Angelo the next day.
Disliked: This was my fault, but is was much farther from San Padre Pio's church than I was expecting. I need to read google maps more carefully. Though the place was great, next time I would pick a place closer to Padre Pio.
Beautiful stay in centro storico
Liked: Beautiful room with a great, very large, bathroom. Quaint, lovely view from the Juliette balcony. Francesca was very nice and answered all questions well and showed us a fun short cut. Quick walk to the piazza but still quiet safe area to enjoy.
Disliked: Bed was actually too soft for me (Normally I like soft beds) and the detergent for the sheets was too strong smelling so I covered the pillow with a dress to sleep. Air conditioning didn’t seem to help much with the humidity so I got quite warm, but I am used to cooler temperatures where I live. These are minor issues. We would definitely come stay again.
Comfortable "Hidden Gem" fantastic hosts in the most beautiful and quaint Old City -- A "Must Stay"
Liked: Perfect location, clean & comfortable room with FANTASTIC host who even drove us to church and back to our car when departing. We are so happy we stayed in the quaint old town rather than near the church-area which was a modern tourist trap.
Disliked: Nothing. We originally thought it was a bit far from the Padre Pio church, but that turned out to be the best part of our trip to Rotondo because the house is in the original old town that Padre Pio served which was so beautiful and easily missed if you only see the church. Most people stay near the church, which is a very busy and touristy, and we feel blessed that we did not stay there too.
Francesca was the most gracious host and went out of her way to made sure we were comfortable
Liked: The property has a rustic Italian feel and it’s close to the center of town. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Beautiful room, incredibly thoughtful hosts!
Liked: Francesca, Dino, and Paolo were such thoughtful and kind hosts. They picked us up from Chiesa di Pio across town and drove us back to the B&B for check in. For breakfast, they have a system with a local bar close by that has pastries and coffee in the morning; they cover up to 3€/person for breakfast each morning. They also have great restaurant recommendations 😁 Very kind people! The room was also beautiful! Vintage rustic themed, with a little balcony 🙂
Disliked: For pilgrims, it is a little bit of a walk from Chiesa di Pio (about 30 minutes), but the hosts offered us a ride a couple times during our stay, and were knowledgeable about where to catch the bus/buy bus tickets for traveling to other places, such as Monte Sant’Angelo. It would be hard to find better hosts!
